Youth Social Rights Network supported its member organization from Greece, Youthnet Hellas and the organization Alternative Innovative Development to organize a pilot activity in the region of Thessaly, Greece were they brought together teachers, educators, youth activists and youth workers to share experiences and communicate them on using tools, methods and manuals for combating hate speech and bullying through human rights education. They used the No Hate Speech Movement campaign of the Council of Europe to bring together high school teachers, educators, youth workers, young people trained by the Council of Europe and decision makers from the local authorities and the Ministry of Education. All the above stakeholders created a multiplying effect through the implementation of follow up activities, that spreaded the NHSM ideas and priorities to at young people and students of the local area.
